At Vvid Perfumes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
